MICHAEL J. HINKLE
Michael J. Hinkle is a senior associate with Deasey, Mahoney, Valentini & North, Ltd. He joined the firm in early 2005 after gaining two years’ experience with another Philadelphia defense firm.
Before going into private practice, Mike clerked for two trial judges of the New Jersey Superior Court, a position in which he conducted varied research assignments and drafted numerous court opinions.
At Deasey, Mahoney, Valentini & North, Ltd., Mike handles a broad range of matters including personal injury, construction defect, construction accidents, crane accidents, premises liability and dram shop litigation. In addition, Mike has applied his unique experiences as “Pledge” Marshal of his college Fraternity to successfully defend local and national college Fraternities in numerous matters involving alcohol and hazing related injuries. In 2010, he was selected by his peers as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer – Rising Star in Construction Litigation.
Mike resides in Haddon Township, New Jersey with his wife and identical twin sons.
