ANDREW B. ADAIRAndrew B. Adair is a senior associate with Deasey, Mahoney, Valentini & North, Ltd. He has experience handling a range of civil rights, governmental liability, and employment discrimination issues in state and federal courts, as well as at the administrative levels. Drew has successfully argued appellate issues before the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court and United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Prior to joining the firm, Drew was a senior litigation associate for an insurance defense firm specializing in governmental liability, where he handled wide-ranging cases, including civil rights, employment discrimination, governmental liability, special education, unfair labor practices, uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage, construction litigation, zoning appeals, and workers’ compensation matters. Following law school, Drew clerked for the Honorable Richard R. Cooch of the Delaware Superior Court.
Drew has designed and presented numerous training seminars for municipalities and other governmental bodies, as well as for insurance carriers and private employers, in the areas of civil rights, employment law, and code enforcement.
In his free time, Drew enjoys racing his sailboat on the Chesapeake Bay, skiing, and hiking. Education- Hamilton College (B.A. 1989)
