KEVIN DURKAN

Kevin M. Durkan is an associate with Deasey, Mahoney, Valentini & North, Ltd. Kevin has a broad range of experience defending clients in personal injury cases including those involving premises liability, products liability and construction site accidents.  He also has successfully defended municipalities in tort claims act cases as well as Civil Rights cases. In 2008, Kevin served as "second chair" in an eight-week class action jury trial.  He has also successfully tried cases on his own before juries, judges and arbitration panels.

Kevin received his B.A. in Criminal Justice from The Pennsylvania State University in 2002 and his J.D. from The Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law in 2005.  During Law School, Kevin served a two year clerkship with the Honorable Kevin A. Hess in the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas.  Kevin is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the United States District Court for the Eastern  District of Pennsylvania.

Kevin enjoys playing sports in his free time and competes in several recreational leagues.
