Carla Maresca Creates Employment Law Practice Committee for the Council on Litigation Management.

Carla Maresca has created and will co-chair the Employment Law Practice Committee for the Council on Litigation Management. The Council on Litigation Management (CLM) is a nonpartisan alliance of law firms, insurance companies, general counsel, claims adjusters and risk managers from some of American’s largest businesses. Its goal is to promote the highest standards of litigation management in pursuit of client defense.
 
Attorneys and firms are nominated based upon reputation and may become members by invitation only. Jane North and Carla Maresca were selected as members in March 2009.
