Jane North and Carla Maresca were invited to speak at the annual conference sponsored by the Council on Litigation Management. Jane presented Taming the E-Dragon: Controlling Costs, Avoiding Double Billing and Winning Fee Disputes for Duplicative E-Discovery in Litigation of All Sizes. Carla presented Crisis Management: What Do You Do When Managers Depart from Personnel Policies and Standard Operating Procedures?. The conference attracted over 700 attendees and was certified for continuing legal education credits throughout the country.
